1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Method
Therapy Elements ships all orders via BOX NOW — automated parcel lockers operating 24/7 across Cyprus and Greece. Locate your nearest locker at boxnow.cy (Cyprus) or boxnow.gr (Greece). All shipments include full tracking.
1.2 Delivery Times
Cyprus: 2–4 business days.
Greece: 5–10 business days (air freight).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The above times apply to products in stock. For products imported to order, delivery time is stated on each product page or communicated via email.

1.4 International Shipments
Shipments outside Cyprus and Greece are arranged upon enquiry. Costs depend on destination, weight, and dimensions. Customs duties and import taxes are solely the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact us before ordering.
1.5 How BOX NOW Works
1. Select ‘BOX NOW Locker’ at checkout and choose your preferred locker.
2. Receive an SMS/email with a PIN and navigation directions (Google Maps).
3. Visit the locker, enter the PIN, and collect your parcel.
4. Lockers operate 24/7. You have 48 hours to collect (extendable by 24 hours via boxnow.cy).
1.6 Failure to Collect
If you do not collect your parcel within 48 hours (or 72 hours after extension), it is transferred to BOX NOW storage for 5 business days. If uncollected, it is returned to Therapy Elements. Should you require re-shipment, re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
1.7 Packaging & Insurance
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure product integrity during transit. The carrier’s (BOX NOW) insurance coverage is €100.00 per parcel.
1.8 Contact Details Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of contact details (mobile number, email) provided during ordering. Therapy Elements is not liable for delivery failure due to incorrect details.

2. PAYMENT POLICY
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Therapy Elements accepts payments exclusively via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure JCC Payment Systems gateway.
2.2 Transaction Security
All transactions are processed in a secure SSL-encrypted environment. Therapy Elements does not store or access your card details. Processing is handled directly by JCC Payment Systems in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
2.3 Currency & Pricing
All prices are in Euros (€) and include 19% VAT. Therapy Elements reserves the right to amend prices. The price at the time of order submission is final.
2.4 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If unavailable, you are offered the choice of waiting or a full refund.
2.5 Invoicing
An electronic receipt or invoice (upon request) is issued for each order. Provide your tax details during checkout.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European and Cypriot consumer protection legislation, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.
3.2 Return Conditions
a) Products must be unused and in perfect condition.
b) Include original packaging in good condition.
c) Include proof of purchase.
3.3 Exceptions — Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Oral motor tools that have been opened or used.
• Sensory chew products that have been unsealed.
• Any product that contacts the mouth or body, once unsealed.
• Digital products or products with activated licences.
• Products not in stock that are specially imported to order from the supplier — non-returnable once ordered from the supplier.
3.4 Return Process
Step 1: Contact us via email with your order number and reason.
Step 2: Receive return instructions within 3 business days.
Step 3: Place the product in an available BOX NOW locker per instructions. Return cost: €2.00+VAT (Cyprus) or €7.00+VAT (Greece). For defective/incorrect items, we cover costs.
Step 4: Upon inspection, refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
3.5 Defective or Incorrect Products
Notify us within 3 business days with photos. We cover all return costs — replacement or full refund at your choice.
3.6 Transit Damage
Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos. The carrier’s insurance coverage is €100 per parcel.
