1. General
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.therapyelements.com (the “Website”) and the online store of Therapy Elements, a trading name of Z.G. Therapy Tools Hub LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (the “Company”). Use of the Website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Products & Availability
Therapy Elements is an authorised distributor of specialised therapy materials and tools for speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and special education. All products are 100% authentic. Availability is subject to stock and is not guaranteed.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Euros (€) and include 19% VAT. The Company reserves the right to amend prices without notice. The price at the time of order submission is final. Typographical errors in pricing are not binding.
4. Orders & Sale Contract
Placing an order constitutes a purchase proposal. The sale contract is concluded upon dispatch of the confirmation email by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, with a full refund in such case.
5. Intellectual Property
All Website content (text, images, logos, graphics, design) is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Copying, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company makes every effort to ensure accuracy of information on the Website but does not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted operation.
